Current option for adding Navigation to MFT in a non-Nav equipped vehicle: Replacing the APIM with a Nav enabled one. The part numbers are different and a few versions exist. To successfully add the new APIM you must match the correct options. By not getting the proper APIM you will very likely lose features such as the backup camera, etc. The video has examples of the different software versions out there on different Sync 2 versions and Ford you really need to download the 3.1 version here, unless you already have 3.08 or 3.1 as your Sync version when you check. To do the update, after you download the file, be sure to place the 2 or 3 main files after opening.
